Very nice rig! :)

I'm wondering how you can control the mouthshape with both the attributes of the GUI AND by the controls of the face. I feel that they would take out eachother. But perhaps I'm wrong about that? Is it that the attributes controls groups which the mouth controls are in, and from there you can use the mouth controls to shape the mouth more to your liking FROM the shape that the attributes give you?

It would be nice with some explanatory commentary; text or speech!

Thanks for the great video :)

Hi there, Thanx for the comment. It's a bit hard to explain like this without showing but one day I might have time to make a video of that.
Just want to clarify (which might be clear to you already:) that I didn't use any blend shapes, only bones. Each bone is constrained to a spline control that is visible. That spline control is parented to a group with the same pivot and that group is parented to another group with the same pivot. The top group is constrained between lower and upper jaw. The lower group is the one that is controlled by the Set driven keys. And because the spline control is parented to it, it follows. But also you can move it separately from it's parent group.

I am not sure how different this explanation is from what I had in my January post (http://tf2short.blogspot.com/2010/01/face-rig-part-03.html), but I hope it helped :)
